New Physics website

Computational Biomolecular and Mesoscopic Physics website redesign

Client: Professor in Purdue Department of Physics & Astronomy

I met with Jorge Rodriguez, a professor in the Physics department, who wanted a more professional-looking website that's mobile-friendly with better search engine optimization (SEO). He also needed a better process for creating news articles.

I gave him several website layouts to choose from, and he picked a three-column layout which best suited his needs. After I built the website framework, I instructed my student assistant to import the content. He also worked with the professor to make updates.

I trained the professor on how to update his website and gave him documentation on Cascade and SEO. When the website went live, improvements were made in design, search engine optimization and usability.
